| Philippe Chambadal - Chairman |
|
Philippe co-founded MetaMatrix (acquired by Red Hat) after a 15-year career in executive management for high-technology firms. Prior to joining MetaMatrix, Philippe was Vice President, Sales & Marketing of FAME Software (acquired by Sungard), a Warburg Pincus portfolio company until July 1997. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Sales & Marketing and co-founder of Reuters New Media. While at Reuters, he led the Reuters Money Network, an information service targeted at private investors. Philippe was responsible for the launch and success of the Reuter Terminal, the first Windows-based product launched in the financial market. Mr. Chambadal holds a business degree from HEC.

| Guy Mounier - Chief Executive Officer |
|
Guy co-founded BA-Insight in 2004 after 10 years in various IT executive management roles. Prior to co-founding BA-Insight, Guy was Chief Technology Officer at Suez, a Global 100 Energy Management Company, where he led worldwide multi-million dollar technology and enterprise software deployment initiatives, ranging from Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP and PeopleSoft), Corporate Performance Management (Hyperion Solutions) to Enterprise Portal (Microsoft SharePoint) applications. Prior to that, he was a principal consultant with the Management Consulting firm Business Innovation Consulting, based in New York. Mr. Mounier holds a Master’s in Mathematics from Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Ecole Centrale, Paris, France.

| Martin Muldoon - Vice President Marketing |
|
Acting as the Vice President of Marketing for BA-Insight, Martin is responsible for Corporate Development, Product Marketing, Strategic Planning and other strategic functions.
Prior to founding BA-Insight in 2005, Matin spent 7 years working with Suez where he was responsible for Business Development in the Power Generation Industry. He was responsible for the successful acquistion of several cogeneration plants including the purchase of Coors Brewing Plant's power facilities in Golden Colorado. Martin then joined Delta where he served as the VP of Business Development focused on and winning key accounts for the firms ERP systems integration practice.
Martin received his degree in Power Engineering from Manhattan College with and his MBA from NYU in Manhattan.

| Arthur Patterson - Chief Sales Officer |
|
Mr. Patterson is responsible for leading and developing BA-Insight's national direct sales team as well as driving BA-Insight's national sales strategy. Arthur is responsible for sales and revenue generation as well as developing channel partner relationships with key business partners in order to impact overall revenue.
Arthur has more than 10 years of sales and business management experience in the software development and network consulting industries. Before BA-Insight, he served in Business Development Mangager roles at AimNet Solutions, Extreme Logic, and Conchango Inc., all Microsoft gold-certified system integration partners. He managed the business development for the Northeast region and was instrumental in growing this sales region during his tenure. Arthur joined BA-Insight in early 2006. Arthur holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree from Marist College.

| Tony Malandain - Chief Technology Officer |
|
Tony joined BA-Insight as Chief Technology Officer, having been a VP of Technology in RCA Security where he was instrumental in developing Lean Programing Methodology. Tony went on to manage several key security related projects.
Tony was instrumental in building the technical capability of the company and led a range of technical development projects. At BA-Insight, Tony initiated and led the project which led to the Longitude product.
After completing a Computer Science degree at ISMRA, Tony went on to spend two years as a research programmer at Oxford University. |
