Mondosoft sold to Surfray

A company called Surfray (http://www.surfray.com/en/index.php/about) based in Copenhagen just purchased Mondosoft for an undisclosed sum.

Mondosoft is best known for their Behavior Tracking software which is an ecommerce tool they developed enabling adminstrators to optimize the user experience of shoppers as they move through an ecommerice site site.

My advice to you.

Keep away from Surfray. When you complain over their service (which really stinks) their CEO, Martin Veise, replies with a law suit.

We will never buy anything from Surfray or Martin Veise ever.

I just wanted to respond on behalf of Surfray. We are a user of their Ontolica product. We had experienced some problems during the transition period with support. Several weeks ago I recieved a p;ersonal phone call from their new CEO, a gentleman by the name of Bill Cobbs. I recieved his personal assurance that our issue would be resolved within a day. Not only did he keep his word but he called back the next day to confirm that our systems was operating properly and that we were satisfied.
I have no idea of who this Martin guy is but I can tell you that in all my years of doing business I have never had a CEO bother to pick up the phone and get involved in resolving an issue. I will continue to do business with Surfray and would highly recommmend them based on their leadership involvement.
